Dr. Gray is an equity-minded Organizational Psychologist specializing in social dynamics in the workplace. With multidisciplinary experience in Human Resources Management, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development across diverse industries in Higher Education, Medical Technology, Life Sciences Information Technology Services, and Healthcare. She has played an instrumental role in driving the success of top-tier companies, consistently ranked among the Best Companies to Work For, as well as those listed in the Fortune 100 and Fortune 500, including World Wide Technology, Illumina, Inc., Green Dot Corp., Source Interlink Media, and Inland Empire Health Plan.

Her most notable scholarship accomplishments and contributions to leadership and STEM communities include authoring a quantitative dissertation on Factors in the Career Advancement of Women Leaders of Color in IT: Mentorship, Leadership, and Career Sponsorship. Her current research interests encompass the psychology of group dynamics and intergroup relations, explicitly exploring unconscious biases and investigating culture and ethnicity's impact on social cognition, behavior, and identity.
Furthermore, Dr. Gray's impact extends beyond research.
